The CSA is an initiative of Leiden University, Delft University of Technology and The Hague University of Applied Sciences and was created with the support of the Municipality of The Hague.

The Hague University of Applied Sciences is a general University of Applied Sciences with distinct educational programmes, content focus and lectorates which connect seamlessly to The Hague’s profile as the City of Peace, Justice and Security. From four locations around the city and region, including Delft and the Innovation Factory Zoetermeer (a focus on  ICT and innovation) this University of Applied Sciences  prepares future knowledge workers for their role as self-aware professionals in a modern society.
